Beautiful hotel with a relaxing spa

The service and reception was excellent. The room was spacious and the spa area, with the indoor pool and sauna, was beautiful and a real highlight. Breakfast was also plentiful and a variety of choices The place definitely has a special feel to it and the outdoor garden/pool looked very nice too.

Our room was facing the road and though it had a big balcony area with beautiful views, it was too noisy to sit outside and to sleep with the window open. It was also near the bar so you could hear everything but only in the evening. Probably better to have a garden facing room away from the bar area if you're staying more than one night.

An amazing experience — I hated to leave!

Everything was incredible from check in (Svetlana was lovely) throughout our stay. The room was amazing, with all the best modern amenities. The pools and spa are also awesome. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Will remember this stay forever.

Lovely place for short stay

The hotel is an old Monastery that was renovated. Very peaceful and relaxing place, well decorated. The hotel Manager and the staff are very polite and friendly. Good location if you have a car to explore the area around.

The restaurant has short menu that is fine of you just 2-3 days. Breakfast is good and delicious, but also if you have long stay, no changes in the variations.

Gorgeous new hotel, staff are incredible and gorgeous pool and rooms. Staff including the manager couldn’t do enough for us

The surrounding town is quite sleepy, restaurants okay. There is another town 5min taxi away which is busier but lack of very nice restaurants (we are both foodies).

A great experience

A great hotel, very clean, nice pool facilities. Tony, the manager does a great job in being connected with the guests and providing a great experience.

As mentioned above, the hotel is indeed great. There is however room for improving in terms of the quality of the cocktails ordered at the pool.

Beautiful relaxing hotel with exceptional quality food and service.

Everything! The personal service from the staff and the food were exceptional. From Reception to the personal touch from Antonio we were made to feel really welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The spa is small but the pool is lovely and I recommend a massage from Noellia (apologies for spelling) Thank you

Relaxing and extremely comfortable

Beautiful converted Nunnery with gorgeous pool sauna area there is also a small pool outside.. fantastic breakfast lots of choice both cooked and from the buffet. Restaurant in the hotel a little pricy but of a high standard, you can walk into town and there are some good restaurants there. I will hope to stay here again in the future.

We recently had an excellent stay at Hotel Creu de Tau Art & Spa. The hotel and the people working there were simply wonderful. The hotel has a unique design where the entire thought is elegant style and calm atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the room spotless every time it was cleaned. Breakfast was held in the hotel restaurant where on top of bread with selection of toppings, pastries, yoghurt, and fruits, we could ask for variety of warm food (e.g., eggs and pancakes) which was then freshly made. Though we did not go for the ‘all inclusive’ option for our stay, we tried the restaurant a couple of times for dinner during our stay, and it was much better than what we expected. The hotel restaurant is simply put, a restaurant where rather than buffet style dinner, you get dinner that is freshly prepared, high quality, and delicious. The location of the hotel is in a beautiful small town that is about 5-minute drive from the closest beach, and within driving distance of most of the beautiful things Mallorca has to offer. This was perfect for us as we liked the idea of having access to the beach, but we just really wanted to relax and see the beauties that Mallorca has to offer. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Antonio, Hanna, and everybody at Hotel Creu de Tau Art &Spa.
